Increase communication throughout the flotilla by means of e-mail, regular mail, telephone calls and personal contact.

Increased the flow of information with an expanded use of the flotilla newsletter, The Beacon. 

Use the USPS to keep those members without internet access informed of the flotilla happenings.

Use E-mails extensively to keep members informed and to communicate at the flotilla, division and district levels.

Use telephone calls to make contact with flotilla and division members and district officials.

Continue to  recruit drive top notch members. Increase  membership by 15% to 20%.

Use all available means to recruit mew members

Conduct 7 Public Education courses by

Hold  public education courses as follows:

Increase the number of vessel examiners by 2 and conduct at least 50 vessel exams before the end of the year.

Improve and maintain a flotilla website to give the public online access to our flotilla and the auxiliary and to provide a tool to the membership to keep abreast of USCGA events.

Increase participation in public affairs events such as boat shows, community celebrations and other affairs to expose the auxiliary to the general public and recruit new members.

Participate in flotilla, division and district events

Increase member training activities

Develop other training sessions to improve member knowledge and understanding of the auxiliary.

Inititiate a marine science program

In cooperation with BOATUS distribute receptacles at marina for disposal of unwanted fish lines

ICS Initiatives have everyone trained to at least the ICS 100 and NIMS 700 level.

Offer ICS 100 and NIMS 700 classes

Initiate a Marine Visitation Program

Attend training classes to become qualified as boat crew and coxswains.
